Terms of Service
Effective April 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of StitchClips.ai ("StitchClips", the "Service"), an AI short-form content generation and cross-channel publishing product. By using StitchClips, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and Authority
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. If you use StitchClips on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The Service
StitchClips provides tools for trend research, AI generation of short-form video (hooks, body, outros, characters, captions), customization of every placement, scheduled publishing across connected social channels, performance dashboards, and related integrations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service as needed to improve, secure, or operate StitchClips.
Customer Data and Generated Content
You retain ownership of app, brand, asset, prompt, and account data that you submit to StitchClips ("Customer Data"), and you own the AI-generated outputs we produce on your behalf, subject to the underlying model terms. You grant us the rights needed to process Customer Data to provide, secure, support, and improve StitchClips. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, notices, and consents related to Customer Data and any uploaded media.
Compliance Responsibilities
You must use StitchClips in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), app store rules, advertising rules, privacy laws, and your own user-facing policies. You are responsible for the content you publish and for configuring publishing rules appropriately for your audience and jurisdictions.
Acceptable Use
You may not use StitchClips to:
- violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or advertising network terms;
- generate or publish defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or unlawful content;
- impersonate real people or brands without authorization;
- generate sexual content involving minors, hateful content, or other prohibited categories;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the Service;
- attempt to access another customer's data or systems without authorization.
Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Paid plans are billed according to the plan, usage limits, and terms shown at purchase or in an order form. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in writing. You must cancel before renewal to avoid the next billing cycle. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current paid term unless the account is suspended or terminated under these Terms.
Third-Party Services
StitchClips integrates with third-party services such as social platforms, model providers, app stores, cloud infrastructure, analytics tools, email providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own StitchClips, including software, designs, workflows, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of StitchClips to you. You may use StitchClips only as allowed by these Terms and your plan.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party must protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the purpose of performing under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
Beta Features
We may offer alpha, beta, preview, or experimental features. These features may be incomplete, change without notice, and are provided as-is.
Disclaimers
StitchClips is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific generation results, virality outcomes, social platform acceptance, or compatibility with every third-party system.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to StitchClips will not exceed the amounts you paid for StitchClips during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Service. You may stop using StitchClips or cancel your subscription at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of StitchClips after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
